Unfortunately, as our order process is automated in order to get your order out to you as soon as possible we cannot amend orders once they have been processed.

When pre-ordering a product we will allocate the product to you, process the payment, and subsequently notify you approximately 3 days before we ship it to you.
Please note that the shipping date is estimated, and we will endeavour to ship no later than this. If the delivery date changes, we will notify you.

When you’re shipping your items back to us, it is best to choose a mailing service which gives you the option to track the package, as well as one that offers you compensation for loss of or damage to your parcel. If the package doesn’t reach us, we won’t be able to process your return, so it’s important that you make sure it stays safe in transit. Please wrap your package carefully so it doesn’t get damaged as we won’t be able to exchange or refund damaged products. Before sending anything back to us it’s important to contact us first by filling out the Returns Form.

If you have had a change of mind and want to return your order, provided that the item is in unused condition with original packaging still intact, then the item can be returned if the Returns Form is submitted within 14 days of the delivery date. 

Returned items must be in original packaging, including any accessories, manuals, and documentation.

Only items purchased directly from atomstudios.com can be processed for a return. For products purchased from authorized retailers, please get in touch with them directly.

Yes, all of our phone cases are compatible with Apple Pay.

The split wood fibre cases feature a combination of recycled wood with PLA and PBAT which are both naturally occurring substances derived from corn starch. This provides a resilient finish and a satisfying tactility.

The slim design of our case allows for easy alignment with your MagSafe charger. The strength of the magnetic connection is moderate, which means the charger will find it’s connection point and automatically start charging, but please note the MagSafe may not stay securely attached when picking up your phone. Experience easy wireless charging without the need for additional magnets in your case.

We recommend that you wipe your case with a damp cloth to keep it clean.

Yes, our cases are compatible with most screen protectors as long as they don’t wrap around the edges of the phone.

We test our cases rigorously and have designed them to be protective from everyday scratches and bumps whilst maintaining their slim design. Every phone case features medical grade aluminium which we anodise to furthe strengthen allowing us to keep a lightweight profile but with reliable protection.

At this point in time, we only make cases for AirPods Pro. But keep an eye out as more will be added soon.

Yes, there is no need to remove your case to charge your AirPods Pro wirelessly.

Simply push the connector head onto the end of the cable until it clicks into place. The interchangeable adaptor heads are easily removed by firmly holding the connector head and gently pulling the cable.

The unique design of our flat cables means they are much less likely to tangle and knot. By using a mass cable weight your cable will stay tangle free and in place.

Our Flat C-Lightning cables are Made For iPhone and fully certified.

Our cables are available in two sizes; 0.5 metres and 1.8 metres for all of your charging needs.

The mass cable wight is approximately 165g which will firmly keep your cable in place.

No, mass will work perfectly with either flat cables or traditional shaped cables from other brands. This is due to the innovative dual channel design in the base of the weight.

Any entry conditions outlined on the Promoter's competition page form part of these terms and conditions. By entering this promotion, all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the Terms. The Promoter reserves the right to
amend these Terms and any such amendments shall be published on the Page.

Only entries received within the specified time period will be counted. To enter, you must follow the steps outlined.

To enter you must complete all three tasks; like the Instagram post published on 25th March 2022, follow atom_studios_official on Instagram and tag 1 friend in the comments who must also follow @atom_studios_official before 23:59pm (BST) on 1st April 2022.

You may tag more than one person, each person tagged counts as an entry into the competition.

A bonus entry is made by sharing the Instagram post as a story post on the individual's personal page.

The prize is 1 x atom studios Split iPhone case in a colour of the winner's choice, Stand AirPods Pro case and Flat Cable + Cable Weight.

The winner(s) are selected at random by the atom studios team.

The Promoter reserves the right, with or without cause, to exclude any entry to the promotion for failure to comply with any of these Terms.

If the Promoter has reasonable grounds to believe that any Entrant has been involved in any fraudulent or illegal activity connected with the promotion, the Promoter reserves the right to disqualify that Entrant and any related entries.

Prizes are subject to availability and the prize suppliers' terms and conditions.

The winner of this prize is responsible for ensuring they are able to accept the prize as set out and in accordance with these Terms. In the event they are unable to do so, the Promoter reserves the right to reallocate it to another eligible Entrant. The winner(s) may be required to submit valid identification before receiving their prize.

Winners will be announced on Instagram within 5 working days of the competition closing date. The Promoter will use all reasonable endeavours to contact the winners within this time period but should any winner not acknowledge receipt of their win within 3 working days of being notified the Promoter reserves the right to reallocate the prize to another eligible Entrant.

There is no cash alternative for the prizes (in whole or in part) save that the Promoter reserves the right to provide prizes of equal or greater value if the prize is unavailable for any reason. The prizes are non-transferable.

The Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

The Promoter does not accept responsibility for entries or votes which are not received or for delays in receipt of prizes by winners.

The Promoter does not accept liability for any losses or claims whatsoever arising out of the prizes, save for personal injury or death resulting from the Promoter's negligence.

The Promoter reserves the right to terminate, amend or extend this promotion (including altering any prizes) if, in their sole discretion, it is not capable of being conducted as specified. All amendments will be published on the Page.

The Promoter will not be liable for technical, hardware, or software failures of any kind, or lost or unavailable network connections which may limit, delay or prohibit voting or an Entrants ability to participate in the promotion.

The Promoter will not be liable for any quality or warranty issues relating to the prize.

If the entry procedure to the promotion is found to have been tampered with in any way, including submission of 'spam'
entries or falsified data the Promoter may withdraw the promotion at its absolute discretion.
